Who will like cozy place

After reading my friend LaoBiao 's blog 'sunshing one swan river'(太阳照在天鹅河上),as his discription , the swan river in Perth Au was calmness and peaceful village at frist scan, but he say 'I don't like it'. Afer think for while , I changed my mind to be agree as him" I not like it either'.
Placid envionment look pretty good, but did it fit those people for ease live ? It will make them fatter and drunk , did it fit those busy thinker? peaceful live without conflict will not make you think more.
Good envionment will not be good.
